THE LAW OF ATTRACTION ,AFFIRMATIONS , CREATIVE VISULIASATION

I have been doing some studies on the mind and how it can affect your behaviour and your enviroment , and to be truthfull with you im quiet shocked of what I found out about the inner workings of the mind ,I dont even think the word shock should even be used to describe the information im about to share with you about the power of the mind .

If for one minuite you thought you new your own mind ,from what ive seen and experienced you would most likely be very mistaken . You know what most people would rather do , its this .
Most people would rather ,start a family,go to the pub ,go to the park ,go on holiday,read a book ,start a business ,go out dancing ,watch a sport , play a sport ,take the kids out ,go to the beach ,help out , go to a concert , ,take a course ,learn an instrument ,go out to dinner,study cultures,
fix the car ,do the house work,write a book ,go to church ,start a hobbie,& study the body,but not the mind .

The last thing on the majority of the minds of people is to understand how their own mind works.They would rather do all those things i have just mentioned above before they will even contemplate any idea of what the mind is or how it actually works ,most people are not in the least most remotely interested in their own mind and whats inside it

The majority of the peole in this world are more than likely to know more about their own bodies than of the mind ,and if you practice a religion ,may as well not even mention the mind .
Its the mind that drives us on ,its the mind that we think with 24/7 ,its the mind that thinks and then creates ,we are always using our own minds to do what ever we need to do .

So why is it that no one seems to have any interest in the mind or want to understand the mind ,There are probably many reasons for this lack of intrest in the mind ,people are just far to busy to put any time they have into doing mind studies and besides that some people think that mind studies should be left to the professionals because its just to complicated .

Religions dont like to think outside their religious teachings ,its a concept they dont understand
they dont like any teachings that seems to have any connection with science , besides the mind may distract thier followers from there own religiouse dogma and cause them to stray away,

More often than not i like to use the words soul ,spirit inner self ,higher self ,rather than use the word mind ,to me the word mind is a more scientific way of explaining it,
but you dont have to be a professional to be able to study or understand the mind and how it works ,it can be understood in simple terms ,and does not have to be confusing .

What got me into the mind was when i started to study law of attraction ,and i started to apply it to my daily life . It was only then that I realised that there is a bit more to this life than just that old fashioned brain in our heads , theres me thinking that its the brain that is boss of this world , that the brain is master of every thing ,untill i discoverd the workings of the mind .

Heres something for you to think about , think about this ,and toil with this in your mind for a while. YOUR MIND CAN BE YOUR BEST FREIND or YOUR MIND CAN BE YOUR WORST ENEMY. For those of you who do not understand the mind, or how it works or if you have no understanding of law & attraction ,you may find it hard to swallow what im trying to convey to you about this complex machine the mind .

That staement about your mind being your best freind or enemy ,was a statement i had heard before but never took much notice ,not untill i started to study law of attraction and apply its rules .I certainly wasnt expecting my mind to become my worst enemy ,I thought my mind was my best mate ,my best pal , i thought we were drinking buddies ,blood brothers and all that nonsense.

YOUR THOUGHTS CAN BE YOUR PRISON

The quickest way to find out if your mind is your enemy is to study and apply the law of attraction ,but of course if you don't understand how the mind works then you wont be aware that your mind is your friend or foe .Your thoughts can and does creates a prison for you to live in even though you don't want to be imprisoned .

Your mind from time to time creates shackles around your feet so you can only move a certain distance inside of your life , and all this believe it or not emanates from your own thoughts that you carry around with you ,in short you are your own enemy ,and most people haven't a clue about this concept ,If you were to tell someone who is poor that the reason the had no money was because of their own mind and its thoughts they would probably laugh at you or start cussing you .

You see most peoples minds or perspective is a superficial one ,most people will see no further than the brain or the human concept ,they dont see the mind as the machine that runs their life ,most people have a very limited view of how they see things or how they want things to be .
There are many people who have a very poor image of themselves ,they have a certain image of how they see themselves ,believe it or not this poor image of themselves is in some cases a self destruct button .

to understand this concept of limited thought or your mind thoughts i will have to explain how your mind goes about the use and process of your thoughts .But one must remember if you have no understanding of the mind and how it works it may not be easy to understand what im trying to convey to you , when trying to explain to you about the mind i will try to keep it as simple as possible ,because the mind can to some people be confusing and will probably need to explain the concept of mind many times for it to be able to even begin to settle in ones memories .

THE OBJECTIVE MIND

The objective mind is also known as the conscious mind ,which is the mind that we think with ,you reason with ,you desire and will with. When you wake up in the morning and open your eyes ,this is you being conscious hence the conscious mind .

THE SUBJECTIVE MIND

This part of the mind is not so well known as the subjective mind is the part of mind that stores your memories and all passions desires fears ,and experiences of your life ,anything that has happened to you in your life are recorded and stored in this part of your mind wheather you like it or not ,all this infomation stored in the subjective mind is still alive and well, just because you dont remember these memories dosent mean its not there ,even memories from your childhood days are still there as though they were put there yesterday .

THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

This as far as im concerned is the daddy of them all The subconscious mind , this part of the mind is the part that built your body and which also repairs it and runs all your internal organs including your breathing .i would go on to say that it is a goddly part of you which has the most amazing powers bestowed upon us ,it has the power to create things , and im talking about physical things and situations wheather good or bad, it does this by using thought power
the sort of thought power that your conscious mind uses on a daily basis .What also should be remembered is that your subconscous has the mind of a 3 or 4 year old incredible but true.

KARMA /NEMESIS

What goes around comes around ,As you sow so shall you reap .From time to time I hear people loosely talk about karma or they might mention the word karma in a passing comment .But from what i have seen and heard the people who use the word karma are more often than not a 100% sure what karma is or how it works .I have met a handful of people who understand the workings of karmic debt and how it works .With his wise words As you sow so shall you reap,Jesus had a very good understanding of what Nemesis can bring to the world.Karma is the law of the jungle the enforcer of life's rule system ,and no one and I mean no one can escape its karmic clutches .Karma is the status quo of the life that you live and is essential to our spiritual development .

When I first heard about karma all i knew was that if you did a good deed to some one then you would in return receive a good deed in return .I also knew that if you did something bad to some one then something bad would happen to you period .That's how I understood karma in those early days .When I joined enlightenment training which is basically high level spiritual knowledge ,I learned a deeper truth on karmic teachings .

Back to what I said earlier, If you do a bad deed you will indeed incur bad karma ,doing a good deed will bring you good karma ,that's the law of the jungle .For us to progress we need to have karma to balance things out ,no one man or woman can do a bad deed & get away with it ,why?
because karma can offer us a chance to grow ,spiritually speaking .The emotional and physical pain karma inflicts on us turns the dark matter of karmic sin into good karma and in so elevates us to the next level of spiritual growth it can make us into a newer person or a nicer person ,depending on the severity of the karmic retribution that person has received .Its a bit like a house that was burnt to the ground and destroyed ,and in its place a new and better house is
rebuilt .When karma strikes it can seem like a disaster on the surface but if you look beneath the disaster a lesson would have been learnt either spiritually or in human form .

The ultimate idea is of coarse is to pay all of your karma off ,which is not an easy thing to do ,as most people i know don't like pain or discomfort ,that's exactly what karma does ,when its being paid off .You can look at karma as a debt owed to god ,if karma was money then the average Joe blogs in the street would probably owe God i would guess in the region of hundred of millions maybe even billions .Now that is a lot of money to owe someone, and trying to pay that off in one life time would be virtually impossible ,so the karmic debt will have to be carried over into another life time ,known as reincarnation . One day you will have to return to this life to be either a man or a woman and once more another chapter will begin in your life where you will have the opportunity to pay off your debt that you owe God .Some people have difficulty's trying to pay off their karma for the main reason that they lead destructive lives ,so what actually happens is that the incur more debt than the are actually paying off ,this cannot continue to happen , in a situation like this action will be taken ,in this persons next life this person will probably be born into a life of poverty and war and other types of misfortune for the rest of his/her life until that debt is brought down to an acceptable level .

If that persons life continues on a path of evil doing then in that persons next life further action will be required ,this time to get him/her to to pay the debt off he or she will not only be born into poverty and war and misfortune but this time will probably have some sort of bodily function turned off or or he could be born blind ,deaf ,dumb ,incapacitated in some way ,no legs ,no arms ,mental issues ,maybe locked away in some type of institution for the rest of your life .This is karma at its worst its the law that puts things right ,and rightly so . Sometimes extreme measures are needed to bring down the karma a person owes ,and one of these extreme measures is to either lock the person up or somehow paralyse the body something that prevents him or her from being with people or to stunt him in such a way that he cannot have even a proper conversation with some one ,it may be that this person may have to stay like this in that state for the rest of his/her life just so the debt can be brought down to an acceptable level.Have you ever wondered why you see people who are incapacitated in some way or another,well wonder no more .

Many thousands of years ago humans were at a low level in their spiritual development ,so to raise their spiritual awareness we were put on this earth to learn certain lessons and grow through those lessons ,but because our minds were at a very coarse level or low level ,certain lessons had to be learnt ,in those days of old people wouldn't lived for long so all the bad things people would commit ,could not be paid off in one life time ,and so it was added to the next life time ,and the next life time and so on ,until today of which we owe God millions or billions in unpaid fines ,as i said before to pay your karmic debt off usually involves some type of suffering .The suffering mental or physical converts the dark karma which is the bad things you have done over your many lifetimes, converts into white karma which is good karma ,its this good karma that can make you a better person ,it can make you a spiritual person a pious person ,a more loving person ,a compassionate person ,all the positive things you can think of that can make a better person.

Jesus once said "THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH" ,when i first heard this statement i thought ,a strange statement to make seeing as we are all going to die anyway ,so i decided to take a closer look at this statement to see its true meaning ,and here is what i came up with . Jesus and the Budda's teachings are very similar if not the same ,just from a different angel .example, it comes from the same source God. With that said the budda states in his teachings that if you have karma then when you die ,you will be reincarnated back into earthly form ,this process is known as rebirth and death ,so long as you have sin which is also karma you will go into the cycle of rebirth and death ,and that is what jesus means when he states "THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH " .When you have finally paid off your sin or karma there will be no more death for you ,and you wont have to be born again as a human being hence the saying rebirth and death.
when you have paid off your sin you will be given the keys to eternal life or everlasting life ,which basically means that you do not need to become a human being anymore or you do not need to go through the reincarnation process ever again ,because you have freed your self from human affliction by paying off what you owed God .

If you do a bad deed to some one and it so happens that you get away with it and if in this lifetime this bad deed has not been resolved with that person ,then in your next time this person will come looking for you to resolve this issue.Now when i say that this person will come looking for you ,I don't actually mean he will sit there and say that this person will actually be saying to himself that so and so done me a bad deed and that now i must go out and find him and give it back to him .when you do a bad deed to someone that deed is recorded in each persons soul or mind and stored there for when a time comes for it to be dealt with .

These two people will go about there normal business not being conscious of the fact that unconsciously they are on a collision course to meet up and that one of them will commit a bad deed on the other so as to settle the debt .Another example could be a parent and son or daughter ,maybe one parent the farther had a son ,the farther would be cruel to his son ,the farther would beat his son on a regular basis call the son horrible names neglect him scream and shout at him .In the next life it is very likely that these roles will be reversed and once more the cruelty will begin . If this situation is to be avoided then the person who was wronged must actively forgive the person that committed the wrong deed .

Even thou you do not realise it ,we are all paying off karma twenty four seven ,from the day you are born to the day you die ,you will be actively paying off your sinful debt to God and at the same time becoming a better person .Some situations of karmic pay off is worth much more than others ,I'll explain,you maybe in a situation where you have no job and you don't have any money so to speak ,you are finding it hard to find a job weeks have passed maybe even months still no job ,and now you begin to feel anxious and start to worry how you will pay the bills ,the worry of not having a job is really getting to you .Here you see an example of how a karmic debt is being paid off ,in money terms he may have only paid off twenty or thirty pounds in one day of karmic debt for each day of suffering he has endured .

On the 30 April 2009 a question was asked by a female called Natural 5 she stated :
I really resonate with what your saying about karma .I would like your advice about something .My boyfreind is spiritual like me ,but lately seems to have lost his way .He is not practising what he preaches .he is treating me badly , messing with my mind & making me feel paranoid -an emotion i fight against as i do not want to be in a destructive relationship .I used to trust him & thought he,d never hurt me ,but he has changed beyond my recognition .I am now wary of what he may do next as his personality has become very unpredictable .What could be causing this & is he accruing karma through this behavior.

ANSWER First of all there is no one right answer to this problem in the relationship , his treatment of the relationship could be down to many things ,reading between the lines it sounds thou he is fed up with either you or the relationship when men get fed up like this they usually start to behave in a manner you have described . what you need to do is sit down with him & ask him out straight ,wheather he wants in or out ,& then take your cue from that .

On the other hand as i have mentioned before if you look at it on a deeper level it could be that at one time in your past lives ,you had some sort of relationship with this person ,& that all this person is doing is what you done to this person all those years ago ,however long that may be . If you remember what I said earlier ,when one person does a bad deed to another person that deed is stored in the other persons soul or it is recorded into & filed away until payback time arrives ,unfortunately for us poor humans we have no way of knowing when our nemesis is about to strike .

But remember although on the surface or on the human leval it can be painful, karma also serves another purpose , pain = progress . The pain & discomfort you feel turns your dark karma into good karma . Your main aim as a soul is to purify your spirit ,& to purify your spirit you need to feel the wrath of nememsis wheather we like it or not . Karma goes hand in hand with our spiritual development without it there would be no Jesus or buddah .

The trouble with karmic payback is when the person comes looking for the debt to be settled on occassions the karma that is being paid back can sometimes be overpaid ,in other words the karma has been paid back but because a person might be for example be still in a relationship with this person ,& you are still paying back your karma to this person . Nemesis wont allow that to continue some where along the line the roles will have to be reversed some how & then the other partner will have to pay back the excess .Some people will think they have the right to punish a person forever not realising that they will have to return the favour .Imagine going to court and you are found guilty of some offence and the judge fines you a £1000 ,and you pay the debt off & the judge turns around & fines you again for something you have already paid off ,of course its maddness but sometimes in karmic debt payback this does happen ,people just get carried away with their feelings and emotions and the believe that this person should suffer forever .

Imagine this senario you commit an offence of some sort and the judge hands down the sentence of a 100 years to you,well as you know thats a very long time to go to prison,now imagine being given 2000 years prison sentence by a judge , well thats what happened to some unfortunate people a long time ago , to be exact it happend around 2000years ago ,according to a freind of mine who practices enlightenment training she,s been doing it for over 10 years .She said that the people who killed Jesus are today still paying off their karmic debt from that incident ,so that means that even before they can pay off their own karmic debt they have to pay this one big piece of karma off before they can even think of paying back their own karma ,that equates to them as a prison sentence it means that they have to stay down on this earth for a lot longer than most of us ,because of the severity of the crime that was commited against a Godly figure or an enlightened one .

If you should kill another ordinary human being then the karma you owe from that act is quite severe ,but to kill an enlightend person or a God or someone who has been sent from God to do his work is even more severe and the punishment from that crime would be a deep and long one .The absolute full wrath of nemesis will come upon anyone who dares take the life of an enlightened one ,for these are Gods special ones ,miniture versions of the whole we call God ,thats why they are special and thats why the punishment is so severe ,God looks after his own .
THE GLORY OF GOD IS A MAN FULLY ALIVE (Enlightened).

In some cases killing does not incur any karma ,for example if you accidently killed someone one cannot incur karma because this incident was out of your control .There are some people today who kill animals for food ,one cannot incur karma for food but if its for fun like hunting shooting animals as a game or to impress this will incur karma upon your soul .

You know there are some people in this world that have killed another person and then gone on to try and take their own life in the hope of getting away from punishment from the authorities ,but it dosent always work out like that .This true story illistrates this point . A young man is having a relationship with a young girl ,and one day she decides to end it with him , but the ex doesnt take it very well and is consumed by jealously & anger,he sees her talking to another boy and is consumed by anger ,he decides to follow her home and attacks her by stabbing her to death ,he was arrested and held in prison untill his trial ,but while he is awaiting his judgement from the courts he attempts to take his own life by trying to hang himself in his own cell ,but the wardens managed to save him or did they ,he was in no state to stand trial anyway ,the attempted hanging starved the oxygen to his brain ,so for the rest of his life he is now brain damaged he can not do anything for himself . this happened in 2008, i n London UK.

But karma dosent end at deaths door ,even if your human existence is no more ,Karma has a habit of following us around ,and that means it will follow you even in death. I once heard a true story of a mother and daughter relationship ,where the daughter was treated as a black sheep of the family by the mother for most of her life even thou the daughter did nothing wrong to deserve this punishment , I think the mother must of hated her daughter ,because there were other sons and daughters and they werent treated in the same way. The daughter could never understand why her own mother would treat her like this , but the daughter was a very forgiving person ,and she was willing to forgive her mother. The mother eventually died ,and it wasnt till years later that the daughter went to see a medium , and the medium told the daughter that her mother was here and that she had regretted treating her in such a way ,but she also told the daughter that she was in a place that she didnt like a place that she could not escape from , like i said karma even follows us in our own death and takes us to a place that we have earnt while on the earthly plane .

People like Hitler and Stalin will go to a heaven of their own making, if you can call it a heaven ,more like a hell , the people that reside there are just like themselves , no compassion no love no kindness no peace just pure brute force and hatred .This place where Hitler and Stalin reside is of their own creation there own making ,what they gave out is now coming home to roost ,they cannot go to the higher levels of heaven the places of paradise that we have all heard of , because they have not earnt it , what they did learn was brutal and unkind so that is what they will get and somewhere along the line while they are in Hell they will no doubt come upon their enemies that they new while on earth ,who will no doubt want revenge . This is what it is like in hell . Going back to the mother who had a cruel relationship with her daughter,this explains why she didnt like where she was ,because she was at the receiving end of what she had done to her daughter ,and she didnt lke it one bit . Karma states that if you are cruel or unkind to people then that favour must come upon you someday , thats just the law of karma ,what goes around comes around .

And even after you have served your time in hell ,someday you will be reincarnated back down here on earth once more to pay your karmic debt .If while you were last down here you accrued too much karma or if you lived a very bad life when you return to this life i can honestly say that your new life will not be an easy one ,all because you exceeded your karmic debt level in your last life , so it is very likely that you will be probably be born into a poor household and you also will probably grow up as a poor person and suffer many hardships so as to pay off the extra karma you aquired in your last life ,then and only then will your life improve as your karma is slowly being paid off .

I have heard many people say that there is no God ,and that if there was a God he would not let these terrible things happen to us .More often than not there is no one out there that can supply the answer to this question ,I remember hearing this question many times when I was younger and I never ever heard any person answer it ,especially the priests of all people .The church is void of any teachings on Karma yet Jesus taught about karma AS YOU SOW SO SHALL YOU REAP .I certainly never heard anything related to karma when I was at church .When you have an understanding of karma, then you will come to understand that it is not God who lets these terrible things happen ,but our own selves ,most people wont remember some of the bad things we did in the past ,but karma does she remembers every thing you have done in this life and in the lives of your past ,she even notes down your thoughts .And at the appropiate time Nemesis Karma presents you with a bill which must be paid off weather you like it or not .

I am the sort of person that likes to follow world events ,I never miss the chance to watch the daily news ,In may or June 2009 I decided to follow the events of the Iranian elections ,the president at that time was president Armadinajad .The elections were held even though observer moniters were not allowed in to observe the elections were fair ,and president armadinajad won ,and their opponants cried foul ,saying that the election was rigged .The opposition organised rallys to demonstrate their feels of disgust and for a recall of the election.

The reason I am mentioning this piece of history is because in 1979 the people in power now
are the ones responsible for removing the Shah from his seat of Throne ,But I seem to be getting a feeling of what goes around comes around ,seems to me that theses people in power now might be getting back a bit of their own medicine that they dished out . something else that I noticed as well ,Since the Islamic revolution has been in power I notice that there leaders seem bent on allowing their people to chant slogans like death to America ,well I thought this was quite ironic ,as I watched the news one day I heard something that sounded quite familiar, and what was it ,
the opposition were calling out death to the ayottolla , there own people how ironic .Karma strikes again

Another article I saw in the mail in February 2009 ,as follows:
Instinct may be more reliable than the conscious brain at making decisions ,says a psychologist .A study has found evidence that most hunches are based on memories that lie just below the surface of the conscious brain .Professor Ken Paller,a psychologist who discovered the phenomenon at Norhtwestern University,Illinoi,said:Unconscious memory may come into play,for example,in recognising the perpetrator of a crime or the correct answer on a test.

I suggest that we need to develop our Intuitive nature and creativity.Intuition may have an important role in finding answers to all sorts of problems in everyday life including big ones such as our ailing economy.The findings came from experiments involving student volunteers.They watched 12 colourful kaleidoscope images that flashed up on a computer screen .

Half of the time they were allowed to concentrate hard on the images ,but the rest of the time they were deliberately distracted .Later they were shown pairs of similar images and asked to identify which one they had seen before .Remarkably,people were more accurate in selecting the right image when they had been distracted then when they had paid full attention ,said Professer Paller. PAGE 36

UNDERSTANDING THE SOUL PARANORMAL

One thing I have noticed since I started writing this book is that the paranormal can be a confusing subject for people to understand ,a lot of confusion comes from what people have been taught, or what concepts they have about God .A lot of the time people can misinterpret what is being said to them,this is especially true in the religious department .Most of the people that I know of, don't know anything about the paranormal ,or have any understanding about their own souls .Its very likely that most of those people know more about their own bodies than of their own spirit.There are loads of teachers out there teaching about God, but hardly anyone teaching about the soul.

The reason I'm saying this is that some people reading this have on occasions taken what I have said in the wrong way .I need to make myself clear here ,the only goal I have here, is to educate people about a subject in the hope that this may be of some sort of help to other people or to enrich peoples minds with knowledge that in some cases is unheard of .If you are an atheist reading this then you will probably be thinking somewhere along the lines of this is madness or fantasy,but that is the atheist perception of what he knows .The reality is teaching about the paranormal can and does have a strange effect upon the mind of the recipient ,but a lot of it depends on how a persons mindset perceives it.

The best way to try to understand paranormal teachings is to read it with an open mind, and know and understand that what has been written here is by no means meant to cause offence of any kind,in saying that if something does cause you to be offended then you should question your self and your beliefs and ask your self why you should feel that way .There's a saying that says THE BEST PERSON TO MAKE YOU ANGRY IS YOUR OWN SELF . Understanding how your own mind works is an advantage that people should grab with both hands .The mind can be and is your greatest creator and saviour but it can also be your Nemesis and your worst nightmare ,and most of it comes down to a simple understanding of how we see things what our beliefs are and what has actually been taught to us .

When spiritual truth is given or taught to someone it can change the mood of that person either positive or negative.One of the main reasons for this is to do with that persons own spiritual development .If the soul of that person has not developed enough to a sufficient level ,then this can cause that person to reject that teaching ,that rejection can manifest itself as either offence or outburst of anger . If you cannot deal with some of the issues that are being taught here then you should not waste your time reading such teachings as this can be counter productive for you and your spiritual development .

But it seems to me that the people with the biggest problem with the paranormal are certain people who are active within their religion .When it comes to the paranormal or the occult as they like to phrase it, some of them can get pretty nasty and in some cases dangerous to the point of violence or even death .I once heard of a true story of a female medium who kept getting phone calls from a man she did not know who kept telling her that if she did not stop what she was doing then he would come and kill her ,regardless of what he said to her she still carried on with her work ,one day there was a knock at the door and when she opened it there was a very big man standing there ,he forced his way into her house and began stabbing her to death ,fortunately for her she survived ,this just goes to show the effect the paranormal can have on certain peoples psyche .

To try and Illustrate this its like you were in bed asleep and someone comes into your bedroom with a very bright torch wakes you up and shines the torch into your face ,the sudden sight of such a bright light will probably put you in a very bad mood on immediate contact partly because of shock and disorientation and of course feeling a bit grubby from been woken so suddenly from a deep sleep .And so it is with certain spiritual teachings ,people who carry a lot of karma or people with dark souls find it hard to take on certain spiritual truths ,because the truth or the light of truth is just too much to bear for them it hurts their souls its like receiving an electric shock ,for some people it can turn their minds into a sort of spasm of disorientation or a sort of temporary insanity .

And this is how certain spiritual truths can affect peoples mind concept ,the truth be known if your mind is not prepared for certain truths then it can and does on occasions literally freak you out ,especially if your not expecting it . The religious teachers often put a very negative slant on the paranormal ,of which most comes from the belief of the devil (I will talk about the devil in a later chapter ),you see most people that practice their Religion do not study the paranormal ,so they have no real concept of what it entails ,except what their teachers tell them ,which you should know is not good,and which of coarse sets them up for a fight or confrontation .

Someone once told me a story of a man who attempted to read a certain book,when this person finished reading this book it was reported that this unfortunate man was declared insane purportedly from reading this book.When I was told this I refused to believe that a person could go mad just from reading a book with words in it .For years i toiled with this Idea in my mind refusing to believe that such a thing could be possible ,that is until I started to study high level spirituality ,which brought me to the conclusion that it is indeed possible to go mad by reading some type of knowledge. And once again most of it goes back to what beliefs that person possesses ,was this person taught truth or was it a truth that was watered down or was it a twisted truth or maybe a truth of lies.

Whatever truths this unfortunate person had in his psyche obviously didn't agree with what he was reading and so caused him to have a negative reaction to his well being ,if your mind is infertile to true spiritual truths then one can be affected in this way ,for some minds the truth is just to much to bear ,a sort of over load just takes its toll on that persons mind concept ,you could compare it to a computer that has been overloaded and then crashing .When two minds come together like that, if one is more pure than the other, then that other mind must make way for the pure mind concept otherwise the weaker mind will short circuit or go into overload ,which is what probably happened to the unfortunate reader of seeker of truths.

What people need to understand is that the majority of people don't understand the mind,nor do they understand how their own minds work .which is a shame really because if people had an understanding of what the mind is and how it works ,then they could actively heal up to 80% of their illnesses of mind and body.Did you know that energy never dies ,it just changes form ,and with that in mind your thoughts are energy ,and if your the sort of person that thinks in a negative way or have desructive thoughts ,then those thoughts will impinge on your bodily organs and eventually cause you illness of either mind or body ,if the truth be known some people are their very own nemesis ,and the funny part about this concept is most people are unaware of this truth of their own minds .

If you are reading something on the paranormal or of spiritual teachings ,from my experience it is far better to try to understand it from within than trying to use logic or human mind ,for human mind is a concept of human reality it largly only understands human concepts and human ways of living and communication ,spiritual concepts can easily confuse and overwhelm the human interlect ,thats probably why the scientist has a hard time trying to understand God and the paranormal.
The spiritual side of our mind is a bit more flexible and can and will allow for other belief systems to enter the mind .

Meditation is a good place to start if you want to learn how to retreat with in your SELF .Meditation is exercise for the mind ,and is a good way to connect to the soul ,if you can connect to the soul then you will be in a better position of being able to under stand other types of concepts or beliefs .

I read this article in a news paper .
Women who want to lose weight should ditch their diets and learn to relax instead,research shows.At the end of a two year study,women who followed a programme of yoga and MEDITATION had lost weight and kept it off,while those who focused purely on exercise and nutrition had not.The relaxed women were also generally happier and healthier at the end of the study.Experts believe that reducing stress stops cravings for sweets and fatty foods .The team at the university of otago in new Zealand divided 225 overweight women into 3 groups ,according to the paper in the journal preventive medicine.The first group took part in yoga,MEDITATION,and positive visualisation.The second group focused on exercise and nutrition,while the third group received nutrition information in the post.Study co- author Dr Caroline Horwath said 'the most striking results' were in the first group they had an average weight loss of five and a half pounds or 2.5kg .The study suggests dieting may not be the best way to lose weight.And Dr horwath said that helping women break free from chronic dieting is the key to better long term health.

DO ANGELS EXIST Conclusion

I have studied the paranormal for over twenty one years,not only have I studied the paranormal I have also immersed my own self into the actual experience of it .I spent fifteen years in self development psychic training ,learning the art of Intuitive skills .I have given hundreds of psychic messages to people mostly in the form of visions or as most people call it CLAIRVOYANCE.I also did ENLIGHTENMENT training for three and a half years .For those who don't know enlightenment training is the highest form of spiritual training one can receive .The training is not easy ,but the rewards are greater than anything you could imagine .To get an Idea of what I'm trying to convey in earthly terms it would be like me training to become a professor or a scientist.

From what I have seen so far in this life, women seem to be the ones who seem to have a keen interest and a belief in angels than that of their male counterparts .Most of the people that I know of that believe in angels are women ,when you say the word angel to some one. more often than not they immediately convey a picture in their head of a Caucasian person with long flowing hair in a white gown and a pair of white large wings ,its hard not think of that stereo-type image when someone mentions angel.

When you enter the world of enlightenment training you begin to see things and situations from a higher and clearer perspective its almost like you have been given new eyes to see with .But the most important thing that happens to you when you begin your training is that your spiritual consciousness begins to ascend to a higher level ,this in turn affects your psychic powers allowing for clearer and precise messages to be conveyed .One of the things you will notice like I noticed is that your clairvoyance increases ,I can imagine this to turning up the volume the contrast and the brightness buttons on your t.v.

You have reached a higher level in your spiritual development ,so that means that one can get access to new knowledge and your clairvoyance can now have access to new types of visions .This was the case for me during my training sessions .Sometimes people teach certain things and people may think that is the gospel truth ,like when some people describe angels as having wings ,this is not a belief of mine ,I cannot buy into the Idea of angels having wings ,for me that is a stereo-type or just a symbolic term .I have had hundreds of visions of all different people who have passed over including guides or guardian angels,and i have never in my life seen any of them with any hint of these so called wings .

At the same time I must say that just because I don't really believe that angels walk around or fly around with wings

attached to their backs doesn't mean that they don't have wings ,because if you know anything about the after life then you will know that when you get there you can pretty much do anything that you want to do .For instance it has been reported that you can transform your self into any animal that you like be it a bird a lion a horse or whatever takes your fancy ,so I suppose that if angels wanted to have wings then there is nothing to stop them really .But in actual fact its not like they need them to fly ,in heaven plenty of people fly without the aid of wings ,so I would conclude that the angel wings some people refer to are more of a symbolic gesture .

There are certain teachers out there who specialize in teaching in nothing else but angels ,and they seem to be well versed in what they know about angels ,but sometimes they can make you think that your personal angel who looks after you is of a godly type angel ,which of course is not always the case .If the truth be known ,it is this ,your angel that takes care of you may not necessarily be as white as snow as you may be led to believe .I prefer to call them guides ,you could call them guardian angels or you can call them angels ,these three words mean the same ,a guide or an angel could be someone who just recently died who may not be as pure as you might of thought he or she could be just an ordinary person with not much spiritual education .Its just that some people through their teachings can make you think that your angel is some sort of holy biblical angel who is whiter than white of which is not necessarily always true ,a guide or angel could just as well be an ordinary person off the street ,some people just love to glamorise or paint a pretty picture of people or things when they are teaching.

And its not just one angel that looks after us ,more often than not a person can have a whole host of angels looking after he or she ,if this be the case then each angel would probably specialize in one particular skill .For example you may have an angel or guide who is your protector .Protect from what?To protect you from being totally possessed by a really evil spirit .

There are some people who may teach that if you ask your angel to do something for you that this angel will carry out that command for you .This is not necessarily true ,I find that people who make such statements do not study or do not under stand how the mind fully works .One statement comes to mind :YOU ARE THE AUTHOR OF YOUR OWN LIFE . I don't personally believe that your angels are at your call 24/7 and will do every thing you ask of them ,their main job is to protect you, and of course if you could communicate with them they could give you advice .

One thing I did learn while I was in enlightenment training was that the angels from lofty levels are reluctant to get involved in human affairs ,one of the reasons for this is because the higher they ascend on their spiritual path the less human they become and the less human they become the less thought they will give to helping their human compatriots .They are actually moving towards the idea of what us humans would call GOD .By that stage in their life their thoughts are far removed from than that of human thinking .But some people who teach about angels can lead you to believe that the angels who are helping us are from this Godly level ,therefore from what i have seen and learnt from enlightenment it is more likely that the angels that have been helping us are actually from a spiritual level closer to the human being level of understanding.

ARE ANGELS REAL

On Monday 19 January 2009 I read this article in the mail by liz Jones .
Now im the most sceptical person on the planet:I think meditation is just laziness .People who have therapy should stop being so self indulgent and help others.In the course of my job as a journalist i have more ridiculously alternative treatments than you could shake a water divining stick at-hot oil dribbled on my forehead in Jamaica,a man walking on my back in puglia,a week spent munching ayurvedic food in India, kinesiology and even acupressure.

But no none of these have even scratched the surface of my demeanour of unhappiness ,alleaviated the pain in my back and shoulders or even given me the energy to face the day .But then my 17year old cat,Snoopy,became ill a few months ago .He was diagnosed with kidney and liver failure,and prescribed numerous drugs by the vet .He wasn't improving, so i enlisted a second opinion from a holistic vet ,who prescibed herbal medicine ,as well.But snoopy became so ill ,my vet told me that nothing more could be done,I was in despair .`

Soon after ,I was having a chat with my friend near my home in somerset .She started telling that ,driving across the moore late at night ,she often felt a presence in the back of her car.It was a man,and he was whistling .not a constant whistle that could have been a partially open window ,an actual tune.But who is it ?I asked her .Oh ,its my gurdian angel,she replied.

She went on to tell me about a psychic healer ,a man called terry shubrook,who has helped her and her many animals using angel therapy .despite my misgivings ,I give him a call,how he got into this sort of therapy in the first place.I was having treatment for an alcohol problem ,and found out that the rehab was in the ground of a convent ,he says .

I felt a angelic precence and,sure enough,a change came over me .It was like a switch inside my head .Since then,I have been guided by what some people call Intuiition :that is an angel telling you something .When a thought comes into your head from nowhere ,that is what you need to listen to.Terry says that he helps people and animals .He laughs,he has been at the conception of many children .I had been working with a woman who was trying to conceive .During a session, an energy came down to her and i knew it was the soul of a child .Two weeks later ,she rang me to tell me she was pregnant.

My inner sceptic is finding this hard to swallow But,when youve got a cat that is poorly ,you will clutch at straws .I ask terry if he can help snoopy and he says he can.He explains that he often works remotely ,using the body of his wife to represent the body of his patience,be it a cat or his person:he can be many miles away ,but somehow treat the patient through using his wifes body.

He tells me that snoopy is not ready to leave me yet, and does some healing work on him ,using snoopys angels to tell him what is wrong (cats have gurdians, too apparently).There is no logical explanation as to how terry heals snoopy.I only spoke to him over the phone and i didnt even tell him what was wrong with the cat .He tells me he can feel its energy.The following week i take snoopy to the to have his blood and urine tested.They are both normal.Despite all my doubt ,I am impressed,but i need more evidence.And so I contact the queen of angel therapy ,a woman ,rather aptly, Doreen virtue.

She is based in the u.s.a forth genaration metaphysician (or spiritual leader),the author of numerous books on the subject and has treated many ultra -famous movie stars .Angels have soft ,feathery wings .They always talk about ,and act from love .Everyone has guardian angels who guide and protect us ,she says.

The angels cant force their love on us ,however, since we have free will .We must ask for their help .Evil people dont listen to their angels :their angels stnd by with "wings tied " unable to intervine because God created us with free will. This all sounds a bit american,waky and religious (none of the other therapist I speake too mention God at all).Can these beings really help us .I speake to Jenny Smedley,who is based in somerset and is well renowned for her ability to use angels to help people.She discoverd angels when she w2as 45 and suffering from depression .She was on a train,had started to meditate and said she found herself in the presence of an angel.

The angel showed me my life path ,she says,Most of us dont know why we are here .I was lucky to be told i was to be a spiritual seed planter .If tou follow your path ,that is where true happiness comes from,it cant be taken away by outside influences .I start to wonder wheather therapists using angels are jusy tapping into our anxiety about our jobs and our future ,but then she tells me something ,completely out of the blue .She tells me my guardian angel is telling her that my nephew will be ok and will grow up to be some kind of ambassador.She cannot have known he has been suffering from leukaemia and, not long ago ,was given a bone marrow transplant.

There is plenty of love to come to you.There is turquoise around your angel,which indicates that love will come from abroad.This will be a foreign speaking man ,from a hot country she says.She says we all have angels ,often more than one,and that mine is very pretty.She says there are two types:past life angels that give you horrible nudges so that you will do better in the next life ,and guradian angels ,which direct you in your everyday life.I ask her how i can start listening to them.She tells me to draw an image of how i want my life to be ,and to write eight words around the image :these could be happy or free .This is my own personal mantra ,which i am to repeat before i get up .

As i say these words,endorphins will multiply in my brain.If anything bad happens during day ,I am to bring this mantra to the front of my mind to drive it away.I try to do this next morning but I feel a bit daft,but in a way i do think it puts me in a good frame of mind -at the very least it makes me try to be happy.I speake to a man who claims that he has been guided by angels all his life.Horst Rechelbacher is aman who is worthy of respect ,he is the founder of a beauty empire Aveda,the first of the organic,plant-based super beauty brands .He recently sold the business to Estee Lauder for $300m.

Horst was born in Austria,a country where angels a part of the culture .They are everywhere ,he tells me from his organic farm in the U.S.,as statues in the churches,in our town squares .But how does he know angels exist ,and how do they help him.He tells me that because of his work he has travelled all over the world in search of healing plants and was amazed how many diffderent different cultures believe in angels .He says he uses angels in every aspect of his business :The angels help my work,my mental state .they influence my decisions .plus ,I know im loved. Even if we just believed we are looked after- the placebo effect - our brains will produce the right chemicals and they will help us.

Finally,I visit Sohini Patel at the tranquil clinic on harley street.She is 32,and a qualified osteopath who uses angels to help treats her patients physical and emotional ailments .She says angels help her patients achieve their potential and cope with stress.She once told a woman that she would leave her partner ,as he was going to be viokent towards her .She later got a call from that woman,saying .this had indeed. come to pass.Surprisingly,she tells me that half of her patients are men,mostly businessmen,stockbrokers and bankers,who not only have to learn to deal with stress ,but want to know how to follow their instincts,to make good decisions.

Then she asks me to lie on her couch and begins running her hands over me,drawing the bad energy away from my bodyMy buttocks feel warm.That is your angel supporting you she says.You have to think of your angels as your team .You are never alone.She tells me my heart is wounded and that i need to come out of my self-imposed hibernation (I moved to the countryside after my divorce a year ago,and rarely see a living soul)and syart socialising more.So far, so predictable.Then,she says something that makes me freeze.I can sense a bottle,she says.'wine'.I dont tell her that ive been depressed recently I have started to look forward to a glass of wine at six oclock ,even when Im on my own.My family have a history of alcoholism and i know that,If im not careful ,I could easily become dependent ,too.This is something no one could possibly know.

Sohini moves down my body ,and her hands hover over my left knee.She tells me that a bad spirit attached it self to that part of my body six days ago.Is your sister having problems with her knee?Now,this is weird .six days before,I had had a stand up screaming match with my sister ,andthe resentment was still brewing .The row happened the night before the surgery -on her left knee.Listen to your gut instincts, she says,as i stand up shakily to leave.Repeat the words ":Trust and relax .Trust and relax." At night,at least once a week ,soak in a sea salt bath for 15 minutes .This will cleanse your body,release the energy.When you go to bed, ask your angels a question .In the morning ,when you wake up,tou will have the answer.When you hear a voice telling you the answer ,say what they are telling you out loud :it makes it more real,and your more likely to remember it.

I feel as though a weight has lifted from my shoulders.My mobile goes.It is a text from a man i have been wanting to hear from,asking me out for dinner.He has just come to England from abroad(the turquoise bit Jenny Smedley mentiond).I then get some good news about a work problem.Have i been helped by my gurdian angels or do i meerly think I have?Is this the placebo effect Horst was talking about ?Either way,I intend to go home,soak in that sea salt bath and banish the dark thoughts that send me spiralling downwards (Whatever you brood over will hatch,Jenny smedly had warned me wisely).I dont know wheather it was because i was vulnerable ,but i do feel there is something out there protecting me ,wanting me to listen.In the past ,I ignored that voice all too often .

Even if angels dont exist ,these past few weeks have taught me to remember I am a spiritual being ,that I have INTUITION .That I have to practice to be happy .For the first time in a year,I dare to feel a tiny bit optimistic.

SOUL INNER SELF

When you live in the inner self your potential becomes unlimited ,you are actually at one with your self or at peace with what we call GOD .You have united yourself with the ultimate force called LOVE OR GOD.Its the only true way forward and the best way forward ,its a light (GOD) for seeing in darkness as you walk down the path of life .To preach the word of love will only strengthen self and bring new rewards for oneself .For love is god and god is love ,the human side of you will not be able to comprehend the nature of the inner self ,because the human self limits it self like the fish that lives in a pond, humans think in a limited way therefor limiting it self in what it can do or what it can achieve .

The human self is afraid of death ,it worries and terrifies it self as the end closes in on them ,humans knows not the way of death but inner self does because it knows and understands it self which takes the edge out of death and makes it easier to accept .The inner self is a positive and vibrant force which deals with progress, knowledge, and experience in a positive way .For knowledge is power and with the right amount of knowledge unlimited power is at your disposal .

THOSE WHO ARE AT WAR WITH OTHERS ARE NOT AT PEACE WITH
THEMSELVES

If you don't know anything about the inner self or if the self is a new concept for you chances are you probably wont understand the nature of how the spirit works or how it lives its life compared to the human self.
The inner self is a mirror self ,what is inside your mind projects out into society all around you ,so if you have nothing but anger inside you this anger will project it self onto other people or your life in general .

Destructive thoughts will eventually bring illness to your soul and if these thoughts persist total destruction for the human being .If inner self becomes sick because of your destructive thoughts eventually the spirit will pass its sickness onto carnal self which can manifest it self in the following
cancer ,tumors,loss of limbs, disease ,colds,flu's ,physical body pains ,recurring illnesses ,mental illness ,sexual problems ,the list goes on your destructive thoughts could even harm your unborn child ,your child could be born with some sort of defect or illness or even worse could be stillborn ,such is the power of destructive thoughts.

The inner self is a being that is more at home with thoughts of love ,peace compassion,kindness ,empathy ,altruism ,sacrifice,these are the traits that the spirit carries within it self .One can succeed in anything one chooses to do in this life if you were to include these positive traits into ones mind .People who constantly lose there temper are not aware the damage they are doing to themselves ,I once new someone who was always getting into argument's and fights with others he ended up taking his own life it was another row that led him to this self destruction .

THE MORE YOU LEARN OF THE MIND THE LESS ROOM FOR THE DEVIL

For many centuries saints and mystics have come to realise the nature of the mind ,and called it by different names Christians and Jews call it god or Kingdom of God ,Hindus call it the SELF or higher self Brahman and Vishnu call it the hidden essence ,Buddhist call it the Buddha nature .Just like there are many names for God so it is with the soul . Other names you may or may not have heard of .Ego,Inner teacher,Inner light,The psyche.

When the body dies an exact copy of the human body departs the physical plane onto another plane of existence known as Heaven or the spirit world .Any illnesses or diseases or any other type of fault like a missing leg deafness blindness is eradicated and once more you become whole .But one must remember that not everyone who dies goes straight to heaven ,some people become earthbound that is they don t leave the earth plane for whatever reason and usually end up haunting the place where they once lived .

Your best opportunity to find or realise the inner self is in this material world ,its a lot harder to aquire enlightenment in the heavens ,for the main reason that there are no tribulations on the other side .Tribulations are needed to propel your soul to the next enlightenment level .Controlling your temper ,being faithful to your partner ,being a good person ,being kind ,doing your enlightenment exercise on a regular basis ,you see its all about struggling and constant battles with your soul that moves us forward into enlightenment .the more trouble and strife we encounter in our lives the quicker one can complete his enlightenment training .

For the higher self to progress it must be constantly nourished by way of knowledge and meditation ,for meditation and knowledge is exercise for the self ,its also a positive vibrant force that is always creating answers and understandings of the the life within and without .Within being what goes on in side your mind ,without being what goes on with the human .Without knowledge and meditation it would be a lot harder for one to accept and understand the nature of the higher self .From the perspective of the human being it finds it very hard to understand the way the soul works ,and with a strange twist added to this you could say that higher self and human are both enemy's of each other .

They hate each other because they both want different things in this material world .What one needs to understand about higher self and human self is that they are both from different worlds .The human seeks comfort from earthly desires and earthly ways ,where as spirit desires the life and ways of the heavens .You will often find people who are rich say that they are unhappy within themselves ,the reason for this lies in the money they have as well as the material possessions that they surround themselves with ,the soul is not being fed its daily diet it requires ,and so begins to starve and then becomes somewhat unhappy with the situation.

Eventually this unhappiness filters down into the human consciousness,the thing about it though is most people have no idea why they are so unhappy with themselves.Ive even heard of people giving up their high paid jobs to go and help people who are less fortunate than themselves .If you were to ask them why they gave up their high paid job then they will say something along the lines of " When I do this I feel better about myself or I want to give something back ".This sort of behaviour is freedom for the soul ,It feels more at home when showing acts of kindness like this .Its acts like this that give growth to ones self. If one keeps surrounding itself with these earthly riches then the higher self will become sad in its self or worse ,self becomes ill from the toxic substance of earthly food .If one is to surround it self with riches then one must feed higher self to balance things out .As a human being one must ask yourself how you would feel if you had not eaten any food for days on end ,and i can say that the first thing that would go from you in these circumstances is your happiness and then you would probably begin to resent people all because you have had no food to fill your body with ,not to mention that at some stage you would be open to other types of physical illnesses because your bodies immune system would be more open to attack from the elements because it becomes weaker from lack of food. So thats how the spirit feels when it has no food or no attention is paid to it .A mirror image of each others woes .

Jesus would have called higher self KINGDOM OF GOD ,look from within and you will find your dreams ,everything you want is at your disposal by simply looking within oneself.Higher self is by far the ultimate teaching guide ,all knowing its a smaller part of bigger piece, a God in embryo which has to learn how to grow by way of knowledge ,experience and meditation.So in fact we are miniture versions of God himself who also have the potential to have the same powers as the almighty himself .Jesus and the Budda being two prime examples of this ,and only by taking notice of self like they did will you be able to wield such powers ,and one must know that nothing is given to you ,for to aquire such powers one must work for it by taking the road to enlightenment ,for this road is narrow and very few people from earth succeed in this journey .

To be enlightened is to find your self or your soul ,to be enlightened is to experience the inner self in its true nature .To be enlightened is to be awakened from ignorance and open his or hers vast spiritual potential of wisdom and understanding .When you limit the human mind ,human abilitys become limited .When you live as a human being you limit your possibilities ,for the flesh is weak compared to the soul .On its own the human self is clumsy compared to the spirit ,for without the spirit the body would not function .The trouble with most people is they identify them selves to much with the human being in other words they only see the colour of the skin ,they say things like your not one of us cos your skin dont match ours .

The deeper one retreats into the soul the less colour you see on peoples skin .One needs to project ones spiritual consciouseness and view past the skin and into the spirit ,another way of saying it is to be aware that behind the body there is a glowing spiritual being in reality it is neither black or white ,you could say that it resembles the sun ,a being of sunlight .

TRICK OF THE MIND

I was just getting some things out of my van one day when all of a sudden it was as if someone had called my name I turned around and looked directly at my dad who was in a flat third floor staring at me .When I got up into the flat the first thing my dad said to me was" how did you know i was staring at you ",and I said to him that if you stare at the back of someones head for long enough eventually the will turn round and stare back at you .

In December 2008 was I sitting in my girlfriends flat one day reading an article when all of a sudden I put down the article i was reading and looked up at her for no apparent reason ,as soon as I looked at her she immediately said that she had deliberately been staring at my head from the front of me.

This is a simple little mind trick that most of you can do with ease ,some of you will have more success than others at doing this ,but i must say that you will probably have more success if you do this while your sitting down ,but you can try it standing up If you like it may still work .

The best place to try and learn this little mind trick is some where with loads of people milling around ,for example a park a pub or maybe a shopping centre .Its probably a better idea if you do it to someone who is reading something or maybe playing on their Nintendo ,distance doesn't seem to matter just so as long as you can see the persons head .

So your sitting down and ready , if you are staring at them from the front view, stare at the forehead area and when you stare try to block out all other thoughts in your mind and try to direct your thoughts onto the forehead .This little mind exercise should at the most take only a couple of minutes ,if nothing happens just keep the staring going for a few more minutes if still nothing happens then use your voice of the mind and ask them saying you want them to look at you ,it may be that the spiritual well endowed might to better at this than those of little spiritual experience but this is not absolute .I don't know if this mind stare comes under the banner of TELEPATHY but there is evidence that this does work .

For blind people to regain the power of sight usually requires a miracle -- either of the-old fashioned ,Biblical variety or of the modern ,medical sort .

Yet an extraordinary case reported this week shows us that there may be another form of miracle that can help the blind to see,and its one that may force us to rethink our whole understanding of the way in which the human senses opearate.

In the journal Current biology it is reported that a man left totally blind by brain damage has astounded scientist by flawlessly navigating an obstacle course without any help or practice whatsoever.

This is perhaps the most persuasive example to date of what is termed blindsight -- the extraordinary ability of some who have lost their vision to be able to see without, apparently any ability to receive images in the eye and brain at all .

Because blindsight is a nebulous concept ,often linked to PARANORMALmanifestations ,it has oftened been dismissed by researchers as myth .yet here was a case that defied any straightforward explanation .

Scientists at the university of tilburg in the netherlands found that the unnamed man ,known only as 'TN' was able to negotiate his way past a series of boxes and chairs ,despite the fact a series of strokes had damaged the visual cortex of his brain to such an extent that tests have shown he is completely blind.

So how on earth does he do it?What does it tell us about the way we see the world ?and is it conclusive proof ,as many have claimed ,that humans have a hidden sixth sense that can detect aspects of the world around us in a way that defies any logical explanation?

The first thing to realise is that science loves to categorise things. We have five senses in part because five and a bit senses is messy and unscientific.And yet it may be a far more accurate description of what is going on in the complex interface between the outside world and our brains.

It seems that in the case of TN,for example ,although he has no conscious awareness of the visual world ,his brain is ,somehow ,keeping tabs on his surroundings ,by processing the electrical messages that are travrelling through his eyes and optic nerves (which remain undamaged by his stroke)even though the normal visual part of his brain is damaged beyoned repair.

To use a scientific term ,his mind is not creating any visual qualia --the name given to conscious experience of sensations ,such as sight or sound .Although heis not actually aware of the cause ,scans have even revealed that certain parts of his brain ,not normally associated with sight ,light up when he is shown pictures of other people pulling a variety of different facial expressions such as fear anger and joy.

This weirdness should perhaps not surprise us our senses form part of the most mysterious system in the known universe -- the human brain.Indeed compared to the kilogram of grey jelly in your skull,even the mightiest stars and and galaxies hold few mysteries .

The interraction between the mind and the senses really is one of the most amazing aspects of the natural world And since we cannot be sure how it works,it does seem foolish to dismiss ,out of hand ,sixth sense phenomina such as blindsight .

What would you think if your10 year old son or daughter came home from school one day and told you that he or she had been learning the same lessons as of when they were 5 years old and that they had learnt nothing new,I know that I wouldn't be impressed and I should imagine that neither would you ,but this is exactly the problem that is going on through out the world with certain types of religions.What most people forget is that most of these religions were created at a time when people had just emerged from living in caves to living in houses spiritually speaking our minds were at a low level compared to the level that we are at today .The teachings of those times were low level or a child's level because our minds were a lot younger and weaker than of our minds of today.Also most of the people were uneducated and could not read or write or had no access to books .The religious people of today are not aware that our minds have advanced to a higher level ,so they continue to read their religious teachings not knowing that they have outgrown these teachings ,so their souls are not able to progress to the next spiritual level.

This can become a very serious issue when it comes to the behaviour of that person,for instance it can make that person narrow minded ,or if you tried to tell them about their teachings or tried to give them new teachings then it is very likely that they could react to you in a very negative way, sometimes in a violent manner.The truth be known if the soul is not given new knowledge or if the knowledge the soul receives is stagnant then the soul begins to act and behave in a demonic way .Most people that I know would not under any circumstances eat or consume food that is out of date or rotten ,but a lot of the time this is exactly what the majority of people of today are doing ,eating or drinking from the cup or bowl of knowledge that is either stagnant or damn right rotten ,no wonder why religions seem to be in chaos.

When one eats or consumes dead knowledge the soul will eventualy become ill and this illness will eventualy seep through to the human conciousness and cause the person mental problems it could also cause the person to act or behave in a very extreme way with other people. Enlightened souls do not need to study low levell knwledge, if they did then this would be counter productive to their spiritual growth , there are so many people that i personally know that are receiving no form of spiritual education ,hardly any one I know knows anything about the soul or the paranormal ,and even if they did know something on the soul or paranormal you could bet that its either wrong or some watered down version .Think about it,most people I know probably know more about their own body than of their own soul ,yet it is the the soul that drives the body ,the soul that thinks and creates ,not the body ,the body is the vehicle ,thats what we discard when we die ,yet no one even gives the soul a second glance except in a passing comment .

Around the time of the year of 2001 i joined a school for enlightenment training of which i trained for around three and a half years ,the training was not easy and one thing that did strike me while i was there is that of the importance of the spirit .How significant it is to this world and its affairs.When one becomes a practitioner of enlightenment ones spiritual consciousness begins to ascend ,and when that happens new information will be given unto you.Enlightenment training is about constantly giving things up or giving up attachments ,discarding baggage that no longer serves any purpose for your life.

The baggage that we carry around with us weighs down the soul and can make our journey in life more cumbersome ,old ideas old ways of doing things must at some point be discarded forever if one is to succeed in enlightenment training.And don't forget about all those bad habits that you practice on a day to day basis ,smoking,drinking ,drug taking ,your whole body has to be cleaned out so as to reflect onto the spirit.Sex acts must also be curtailed ,anything porn related is out ,certain sex acts must seize that also includes anything homosexual,for some reason homosexuality and enlightenment training do not go hand in hand .homosexuality is a human thing and is considered by the soul as an extreme act therefore it must be discarded if one wishes to be a practitioner of enlightenment.

Enlightenment training should not be taken lightly, its not like joining a religion or some type of spiritual group that meets up once a week ,enlightenment training is serious training ,so serious that from what i have seen and experienced anyone thinking of joining should seriously take at least one year out to think about joining such an activity, for the main reason of consequences.
And when I talk about consequences I'm talking about serious consequences if you do not follow the rules to the letter,and when I tell you this I'm telling you this from learned experience .If your the sort of person who easily argues with people ,then its very likely that you will get into an argument and a fight like i did while practicing enlightenment training ,and the reason why its teaching you how to be calm and not lose your temper ,as hard as it might sound this is how some people will learn their lessons in enlightenment training.

In enlightenment training they will ask you to do certain things, like being kind,truthful,benevolent,and abide by any rules that are asked of you .Failure to carry out what has been asked of you will result in immediate retribution by way of NEMESIS,in other words some sort of penalty in your personal life will occur which could be anything from an argument with someone,or you could get into a fight or you could end up losing some money or some material object that you own, like i did,I lost £40 once all because i decided to skive off work one day when the boss wasn't looking ,and the funny thing about it is I had no idea where or how I lost it,but I know why I lost it, KARMIC retribution .

This is why I say if you are thinking of joining enlightenment training you need to spend at least 365 days of your life thinking about joining such a venture .Like I said this is not something to be taken lightly .One needs to take this sort of training very very seriously otherwise you will end up at the wrong end of the wrath of nemesis like I did , and believe me that's one place you don't want to be,mentally and physically speaking it Will hurt and that's guaranteed if you fall fowl of the laws of enlightenment,you have been warned. The Idea of enlightenment training is to clean out the spirit of all its sin that it carries or to put it another way to clear the soul of all its KARMIC debt that it has aquired over its many lives.Its this karmic debt that causes all the illnesses the diseases and all the other tribulations that we encounter on a day to day basis.

Every time one pays off a piece of karmic debt the soul steps up another level or the soul becomes lighter in appearance or weight, if it could be weighed.As you move up to the next level your Intuition becomes much sharper and a new type of knowledge is given to you ,in a nutshell you become enlightened,and this process continues until you have become fully enlightened.Then and only then you will be given the everlasting key ,the key to happiness ,the key to everlasting life or eternal life ,it is a type of heaven that only enlighten souls can inhabit ,souls that have not yet acquired enlightenment cannot go to this eternal life heaven .God has a vested interest in these type of souls,nothing makes god more happy than being in the presence of an enlightened soul.Quote:THE GLORY OF GOD IS A MAN FULLY ALIVE.

Out of the two Clairvoyance and Ouija board From my experience I would say the Ouija board is the most dangerous.The danger mostly comes from lack of experience,knowledge and respect.You can't treat it like a play thing or a game because a game it certainly isn't.Could Ouija send you mad? I once heard of this couple who were part of this psychic circle which practised clairvoyance and clairaudienc,One day the teacher decided to try the Ouija board with his students,after the session had finished the teacher warned his students not to do this on their own,needless to say this couple were so impressed by this board they just couldn't resist having a crack at it.I don't know what actually went on with this couple and the board ,but the last i heard, their use of the Ouija board had attracted an unwanted spirit,they couldn't get rid of it on their own,so they asked their teacher to help them.To this day i don't know if they succeeded.But if you asked me from what i know they probably did get rid of it,and here's why. page9

From my experience and what I have seen it is better to go to a clairvoyant than to use an ouija board, its a lot easier and safer.Something bad is more likely to happen if you use a ouija board.It works like this, like attracts like.If you decide to do the ouija board with the attitude of this is only a laugh, lets try and contact Hitler or satan, if you behave in a negative way leading up to your communication,then theirs a good chance something bad will happen to you.I once heard of an incident where some young jewish schoolboys decided to contact Hitler for a laugh. I was really bothered about this Ouija experience, I mean i had done Ouija before but it was never like this , Id never experienced anything bad it was just a bit of fun,but that's just it its not a bit of fun ,Ouija is not a game or a toy,it should only be done by people who know what they are doing,SO there I was sitting there racking my brain trying to make sense of what I was told when all of a sudden I had this strange Intuitive type of feeling that someone was telling me something,its hard to put it into words ,but the voice of Intuition relayed to me that what had actually happened is a spirit wanted to cause me harm,it deliberately manipulated that situation to cause me to think like that,basically it was a wined up,What i learnt from this valuable experience is with the Ouija board you dont really know who you are communicating with,you could be communicating with someone on a very lofty level or you could chatting to someone on very low levels., it could be someone good or someone bad . So we carried on talking to this spirit ,cant remember what we were talking about when all of a sudden the conversation switched to a subject about some one id known who had died recently.Unbeknown to me the personality of this spirit person had changed while we were in a dialogue. The spirit told me that someone i knew very well had something to do with the death of this person i knew,I thought about this for a few seconds ,and then i asked this spirit to confirm what he had just told me . the spirit repeated what he had said and to my shock and horror told me that this person i knew so well was a murderer and that it was his fault my friend had died.Well I was beside myself ,I thought to myself but I know this person and I just knew in my heart that this person wouldn't do something like that.The spirit kept insisting that this was the case,so we finished the ouiji session and I went home,I went straight to my bedroom and sat down ,my mood began to change as i thought about what was said to me,my mind was getting a bit confused because i think there was a part of me that aceppted that as truth . page5

It happened in 1985 0n a Saturday that much i can remember for sure.Our session started like any other & we were talking to someone i cant remember exactly who when all of a sudden the spirit we were talking to was saying for my mate Ian to phone his girlfriend now ,phone her now the spirit insisted over and over again ,then all of a sudden the phone rang ,Ian picked it up said hello and to his shock and surprise his girlfriend SAM answered . The weired bit about this is she didn't know why she was ringing, she rang because she said she felt compelled to ring. When Ian got off the phone we both looked at each other and declared what the hell was that .talk about freak you out . I have been studying the soul&paranormal for over 20 years now.when i first started i was a novice, & new virtually nothing about the supernatural or the soul,but today 20 years on i have a vast amount of spirit knowledge,so much so that i can literally write a book on it or should i say books .I started studying the paranormal about 1985 with a visit to a medium,i was impressed with what i was told.The impression seemed to have fired up some part of my soul & i decided to seek out & find out more about the paranormal. I didn't actually start to study the soul until may 2001,i didn't realise it at the time but this was the first step of many steps of a journey that will take me to lofty levels of spiritual understanding .put it this way if you want to find out what's going on in this world or in this life or what your purpose is,why your life is the way it is then you have to retreat into the soul .that's where all the answers are period .
